Welcome to AkidoTools.AI (“Platform,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, applications, and all related services provided by AkidoTools.AI. By creating an account, uploading content, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

 

 

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

 

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent from a parent or guardian to use this Platform.

 

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any actions under your account are your responsibility.

 

 

 

2. Use of AkidoTools.AI Services

 

2.1. AkidoTools.AI provides AI-based tools for generating videos, avatars, animations, and other multimedia outputs from uploaded or entered data.

 

2.2. Features may include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Text-to-Video (Veo 3)
     

  • Portrait Avatar (Omnihuman)
     

  • Video Face Swap
     

  • AutoDubbing, Text Lipsync, Image-to-Video
     

  • Future or beta tools made available via the platform

 

2.3. All features are subject to availability, revision, or discontinuation at our discretion.

 

 

 

3. User Uploads and Generated Content

 

3.1 Ownership & License

 

  • You retain full ownership of the content (photos, videos, audio, text) you upload (“User Content”).

 

  • You affirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions, model releases, or legal rights to use any person’s likeness, voice, or identity in your uploads or generated content.
     

  • By using the Service, you grant AkidoTools.AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and display your content only for the purpose of delivering the requested service or improving our models in an anonymized and non-identifiable way (if applicable).

 

3.2 Data Privacy & Security

 

  • Uploaded media is stored securely and is not shared, sold, or repurposed without your consent.
     

  • Generated results are private to your account unless you choose to share them publicly.
     

  • Files may be temporarily stored for processing and cached for user access but are subject to automatic deletion or cleanup schedules.
     

  • We do not use user-uploaded content to train models unless separately and explicitly opted-in by the user.

 

3.3 Generated Output Rights

  • AkidoTools.AI grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, share, and modify the content generated from your inputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
     

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws, especially when involving real individuals' likenesses or voices.

 

 

4. Prohibited Use

 

You agree NOT to:

 

  • Upload content you do not own or lack the necessary rights to use (e.g., celebrity likeness, copyrighted material).
     

  • Generate or share any content that is illegal, threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially offensive.
     

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its models.
     

  • Impersonate any person, organization, or entity.
     

  • Use generated content for political propaganda, misinformation, or non-consensual deepfakes.

 

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

 

 

5. Pricing, Credits, and Payments

 

5.1 Credit System

 

  • AkidoTools.AI operates on a credit-based model. Each feature consumes a certain number of credits.

 

5.2 Purchases & Refunds

 

  • Credits are purchased in advance via the Platform.
     

  • Credits are non-refundable once used.

 

  • Subscription or top-up purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

 

5.3 Pricing Changes


We reserve the right to update pricing, feature costs, or introduce new payment plans with notice posted on the website.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

6.1 The AkidoTools.AI platform, including all AI models, branding, designs, and code, is owned exclusively by AkidoTools.AI or its licensors.

 

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform and generated content for personal and commercial use unless otherwise restricted.

 

6.3 You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the software or its outputs for illegal, infringing, or misleading purposes.

 

 

 

7. Generated Content Limitations

 

  • Generated content is based on input data and may not always reflect factual or realistic outcomes.
     

  • AkidoTools.AI makes no guarantees on the accuracy, quality, or reliability of results.
     

  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating any content before public or commercial use.
     

 

 

8. Third-Party Services & Integrations

 

Some features may rely on or connect with third-party tools, APIs, or hosting platforms. We are not liable for third-party service interruptions, data handling, or failures.

 

 

 

9. Liability and Indemnification 

 

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

 

  • AkidoTools.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

 

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AkidoTools.AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

 

  • Your use of the service
     

  • Any content you upload or generate
     

  • Violations of laws or third-party rights

 

 

 

10. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

 

  • You breach these Terms
     

  • You engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse of services
     

  • Required by law enforcement or government agencies
